José Mário Santos Mourinho Félix je portugalský futbalový tréner.

Medzinárodnú pozornosť si získal výhrou v Lige majstrov s portugalským FC Portom. Po tomto triumfe ho na post hlavného trénera angažoval londýnsky klub FC Chelsea. Mourinho si so sebou priniesol aj hviezdy ako Ricardo Carvalho alebo Paulo Ferreira. V sezóne 2004-05 sa stala Chelsea majstrom FA Premier League, ale v semifinále vypadla z Ligy majstrov proti Liverpoolu výsledkom 0-1. 8. júna 2005 vedenie Chelsea predĺžilo s trénerom Josém Mourinhom zmluvu do roku 2009. Nasledujúcu sezónu Chelsea FC obhájila titul v Premier League, no v ďalšej sezóne 2006-07 sa jej to už nepodarilo a v tabuľke skončila so šesť-bodovou statou druhá za Manchestrom United, ktorý ale dokázala poraziť vo finále FA Cupu. Sezónu 2007-08 začala Chelsea pomerne dobre, ale po niekoľkých zápasových skratoch a hlavne po remíze na Stamford Bridge 1:1 s Rosenborgom Trondheim v skupinovej fáze Ligy majstrov sa Mourinho rozhodol klub opustiť. Od 2. júna 2008 trénoval taliansky klub Inter Miláno. Po víťazstve v Lige Majstrov v roku 2010 odišiel Mourinho do Realu Madrid. V roku 2014 sa opäť vrátil do Chelsea, s ktorou sa mu podarilo vyhrať v sezóne 2014-15 opäť majstrovský titul. Ale v sezóne 2015-16 bol 18. decembra 2015 odvolaný pre neuspokojivé výsledky a herný prejav. V súčasnosti je trénerom anglického klubu Manchester United.
