Stephen Harper je kanadský politik, 22. a bývalý kanadský predseda vlády. Je lídrom Conservative Party of Canada. Kanadským premiérom bol od roku 2006, keď jeho strana zostavila väčšinovú vládu na základe výsledkov volieb z 2006.
