Scott McNealy je americký pdnikateľ a bývalý riaditeľ softvérovej spoločnosti Sun Microsystems, ktorú založil v roku 1982 spolu s členmi Vinod Khosla, Bill Joy a Andy Bechtolsheim.
V roku 1984 prevzal riaditeľský post v spoločnosti od Vinoda Khosla, ktorý opustil spoločnosť v roku 1985. Jeho nástupcom sa v roku 2006 Jonathan Schwartz.
