Parvíz Mušaraf bol 10. prezident Pakistanu, bývalý predseda vlády a štvorhviezdičkový generál pakistanskej armády vo výslužbe. Od 1999 do 2007 viedol vojenskú vládu. Moc získal 12. októbra 1999 po nekrvavom štátnom prevrate, ktorý ukončil vládu demokraticky zvoleného premiéra Nawaza Sharifa.
