Juan Román Riquelme je bývalý argentínsky futbalista, ktorý hral na pozícií útočného stredopoliara.
Riquelme vyrastal v Buenos Aires, tu hrával aj za klub Argentinos Juniors, od roku 1995 hrával za klub Boca Juniors. V roku 2002 po siedmich úspešných sezónach v Boce prestúpil za 10 miliónov libier do klubu FC Barcelona. V roku 2003 prestúpil do Villarealu.
