Joe Strummer, vlastným menom John Graham Mellor, * 21. august 1952, Ankara, Turecko - † 22. december 2002, Broomfield, Spojené kráľovstvo bol anglický gitarista a spevák.

V roku 1976 založil spolu s basgitaristom Paulom Simononom, gitaristom Mickom Jonesom a bubeníkom Terrym Chimesom skupinu The Clash. V roku 1999 založil skupinu The Mescaleros.
