Catherine Sambová-Panzová je stredoafrická politička, od 23. januára 2014 do 30. marca 2016 dočasná prezidentka krajiny a prvá žena v tejto funkcii.

Do svojich osemnástich rokov žila v Čade. Jej otec pochádzal z Kamerunu a matka zo Stredoafrickej republiky. Vyštudovala právo vo Francúzsku na Panthéon-Assas University. a pred vstupom do politiky bola úspešnou obchodníčkou a firemnou právničkou.Od 14. júna 2013 do zvolenia prezidentkou bola starostkou hlavného mesta Bangui.Dočasnou prezidentkou ju zvolil parlament po tom, čo kvôli neprestávajúcemu násiliu rezignoval na svoju funkciu samozvaný prezident Michel Djotodia i premiér Nicolas Tiengaye. Zem mala viesť viedla do nových prezidentských volieb vo februári 2015. Termín volieb bol síce pôvodne určený na 18. október 2015, ale prvé kolo sa uskutočnilo až 30. decembra 2015 a druhé 14. februára 2016.

Dňa 30. marca 2016 ju vo funkcii nahradil riadne zvolený prezident Faustin-Archange Touadéra. Sambová-Panzová nekandidovala. Wikipedia
